Complete Pathology Review:

Includes review of pathology slides and relevant reports. Should the patient have medical insurance, we can bill the insurance company directly (please provide information), or we can also bill the patient directly ($375). [For certain cases a lower charge, usually $313, may be assessed. Some cases may require ancillary studies which will result in a higher fee.] If no billing information is provided, we will bill the requesting pathologist or other professional ($175).

Expedited Review for Established Accounts:

This consultative service is offered to pathologists only. This special "expedited" service may provide formal reports and specific answers to the pathologist which is documented in the record but does not involve a full consultative report. This service can be provided after establishment of an account with an individual pathology practice, and be billed on a monthly basis.
